New Zealand has a new kids safety feature: a balcony on its Balcony Barrier that’s completely protected from falling trees.

The Balconys Barrier is a $1.5 billion initiative funded by the Department of Conservation and Transport and built on the former railway line to keep out the wind and snow.

The bridge was the brainchild of New Zealand Tourism Minister David Parker, who has spent years building up the idea, and a number of people from the tourism industry are working on the project.

The first test runs have been held in Wellington, with more planned in other parts of the country, and New Zealand Rugby’s first official tests are scheduled for next year.

“It is important to keep a balanced perspective on the current challenges we face as a nation and a community, but also to look beyond the present and the future,” Mr Parker said.

The balcony is made of glass and has been designed to help keep people safe from falling branches.

The bridge is built to withstand an impact of more than 300 tonnes.

“We’re just starting to build the infrastructure for this,” Mr Parkin said.

“And when we do that, it’s going to take a lot longer.

“The BalConys Barrier, when you look around the country and you look at the big cities, it does not look like much.

It looks like a normal bridge, but when you see it on the ground, it looks like an enormous structure,” he said.

But for some locals, the idea of the bridge’s opening in 2019 is a bit of a disappointment.

The Wellington Balconery Association (WBA) is one of the groups lobbying for the Balcons Barrier to be built.WBA chairman Tim Soutter said while the bridge was designed to keep people out of the wind, the plan to build more bridges was a bit too late.

“If you look back, the project was only supposed to go ahead in 2019,” he told the ABC.

“What we need is a new bridge built now to give us the safety we want.”

There are a lot of things that need to happen before we can have a bridge.

It’s a lot to take on, and the bridge isn’t the first bridge we’ve had.

“Mr Soutters main concern is that the BalConies Barrier is only one part of a wider network of infrastructure projects the government is investing in.

Mr Parker acknowledged that while it was not the “biggest bang for the buck” in terms of the number of bridges and other infrastructure projects, it was the best of a lot.”

In terms of infrastructure, the most important thing is to build it right now.
